How to prepare for your upcoming lash appointment:

Shower Prior To Your Appointment

Eliminating any unnecessary contact with water or steam within the first 48 hours will ensure that the bond between the semi-permanent lashes and your natural lashes has enough time to properly set.

Wear Comfortable Clothing

As you will be laying down for 60-90 minutes during application, comfortable clothes will allow you to make the most of this time to relax and be pampered.

Remove Your Contact Lenses

Your eyes will be closed during the application of your lash extensions. To avoid any discomfort, it is always suggested that contact lenses are removed allowing eyes to be comfortable in a natural and rested state.

No Show Policy*

The salon understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment.

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or clients that are a “no-show” will incur a cancellation fee of $30.00.
